みなさん、こんにちは！株式会社セールスフォース・ジャパンでテクニカルオーディエンスリレーションを担当している Hiro です。今回は、Agentforce のプロンプトテンプレートでファイルを扱う二つの方法についてご紹介します。 免責事項: 本記事は 2025年10月 時点の画面・提供機能でもって作成しています。その後の更新等で画面が変わっていたり機能が追加されている場合もあります。あらかじめご了承ください。最新情報については Help ページを参照いただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。 当サイトでは、最新かつ正確な情報の掲載に努めておりますが、その正確性や安全性、効果等を保証するものではありません。本情報の内容（添付文書、リンク先などを含む）は作成日時点でのものであり、予告なく変更される場合があります。また、当サイトの掲載内容によって損害等が生じた場合は、一切の責任を負いかねますので、ご利用の際は、ヘルプやリファレンスをご参照の上、お手元で十分検証をいただいたのち導入についてご判断くださいますようお願いいたします。 そもそもファイルを扱うとは? 大規模言語モデルに送り込む指示を書き連ねたテキストを「プロンプト」と呼ぶことは、みなさんご存知かと思います。Agentforce ではプロンプトビルダーで各機能から使うプロンプトを管理・カスタマイズします。以前は、大規模言語モデルに送り込めるのはテキストのみでしたが、2025年5月にテキストと同時にファイル(画像および PDF)の送り込みに対応しました。テキストと同時に画像や PDF ファイルも大規模言語モデルに送り込むことで、生成される応答はより有用なものになることが期待できます。 どうやってファイルを送り込むプロンプトテンプレートを作る? 2025年10月時点では次の2つの方法があります。 メモ&添付ファイルの関連リストを使う Flex テンプレートの入力として、ファイル(ContentDocument)を設定する それぞれの使い方を詳しくみていきましょう。 方法1: メモ & 添付ファイルの関連リストを使う Salesforce のレコードにはファイルを紐つけることができます。例えば、レコード詳細ページに「メモ & 添付ファイル」の関連リストコンポーネントを配置することで、画面上から紐付け操作を行うことができます。 プロンプトテンプレートには、組み合わせるレコードの項目や関連リストをプロンプトに差し込む(グラウンディング)機能があります。メモ & 添付ファイルの関連リストをプロンプトテンプレートに追加しておくことで、プロンプト実行時に組み合わせるレコードに紐付けられたファイルが自動的に読み込まれるようになります。 2025年10月現在、対応しているのは JPG、PNG の画像ファイルと PDF のみです。使用する大規模言語モデルによっても制限が変わります 複数ファイルが紐づいている場合、最大 10ファイルまでが読み込まれます。11ファイル以上ある場合はどのように10選ぶか簡易的な条件指定が可能です 例えば、次のような画像が添付されたレコードを入力として、画像の説明を作るプロンプトテンプレートを作成し、プレビューしてみましょう。 画像の内容を適切に踏まえた応答が生成されてきました。 メモ & 添付ファイルの関連リストを使用する方法は、項目生成などレコードを入力として取り扱うテンプレート種別で使用できます。 方法2: Flex テンプレートの入力として、ファイル(ContentDocument)を設定する もう一つの方法について解説します。この方法は Flex テンプレートでのみ使用できます。まず、Flex テンプレートの入力として「オブジェクト」→「ファイル(ContentDocument)」を設定します。 入力にファイル(ContentDocument オブジェクトのレコード)を指定することで、プロンプトテンプレートの実行時にそのファイルが大規模言語モデルに送り込まれます。プロンプトビルダーではファイル選択のダイアログが表示されるため、簡単な操作でファイルを指定できます。
