Peloton Must Pay $20.5 Million To Japanese Firm In Patent Rights Case

A federal jury found that Peloton infringed Japanese electronic company NEC Corp.’s patent rights for content-streaming technology and has awarded NEC
$20.5 million, Reuters reports. The case, which is on file with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, concerns 
Peloton’s Bike and Tread exercise
equipment.
