A lawsuit has been filed challenging Utah’s new tax on targeted advertising tax, National Law Review reports. The suit asks the Third Judicial District Court in Salt Lake
Country to rule the tax is unlawful and unconstitutional. It also asks that the court permanently bar the Utah State Tax Commission from enforcing it.
