Publicis Groupe Acquires LiveRamp For $2.2B In Data, Agentic Play

The acquisition puts Publicis in another category for agencies that support addressable ad targeting, and furthers its investment in technology, data, and AI and agentic services after the purchase of
Epsilon and Lotame. The deal was announced the same day that LiveRamp reported its Q4 and full-year fiscal 2026 results, and rather than a solo conference call to discuss earnings, the two companies
will hold a joint conference call on Monday to discuss the transaction.
