Microsoft’s lawyer Rima Alaily alleged an astroturf group called the Open Cloud Coalition will launch this week, paid for by Google, and a “handful of European cloud providers” will appear as if it
launched the group, but Alaily claims Google will likely act as a “backseat member.”
