We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, mentoring developers, and driving best practices in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement robust solutions
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
- Architect and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce governance standards
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Business stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and team growth
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and handle release management processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements or new features
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security model
- Experience with asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-driven Salesforce capabilities
- Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft
- Experience with Lightning Design System and UI/UX best practices
- Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps practices
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Integration Architect, etc.)
