True to the Core Deep Dive is a monthly virtual series that builds on the trusted format of the True to the Core sessions at Dreamforce and TDX. These sessions are known for their transparency, product insights, and direct Q&A with Salesforce product leaders. Now, we’re bringing that access and insight to you all year long, with a unique twist!
While the traditional in-person True to the Core sessions offer valuable insights, they don’t always allow enough time to go deep on a particular topic. That’s where True to the Core Deep Dive comes in! Each month, we’ll focus on just one core Salesforce Platform product area, chosen based on your input. This dedicated focus means we have the space for in-depth coverage and discussions.
Why we’re launching this series
You’ve asked for more visibility into product roadmaps and easier ways to share feedback with Salesforce product teams. True to the Core Deep Dive was created to meet those needs, connecting you directly with Salesforce product managers to explore updates, ask questions, and shape future releases.
What to expect
Each month, True to the Core Deep Dive will focus on one core Salesforce Platform product area like setup, automation, or user management. You’ll hear directly from product managers about upcoming roadmaps, see live demos, and ask your questions during a live Q&A.
We’ll choose each session topic based on what matters to you, using input from the IdeaExchange, past in-person True to the Core sessions, and other feedback you’ve shared.
Join the livestream and be part of the conversation
Join us for the first True to the Core Deep Dive session on August 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. PT, streaming live on the Salesforce Admins LinkedIn and YouTube channels. We’re kicking things off with a topic you have told us is top of mind: Setup and user access management. Product managers Cheryl Feldman and Elizabeth Martin will walk through recent feature updates, share what’s coming, and answer live questions.
Tune in to learn what’s coming and why, and the thinking behind roadmap decisions. By asking questions and sharing feedback, you have the power to influence future releases on the core platform topics you care about.
RSVP for the August 12 session today, and follow Salesforce Admins on LinkedIn, X, and Facebook to stay informed as we share upcoming session dates and topics.
