Campaign Marketing Manager in the USA or Canada

Cloud for Good is seeking a results-driven Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and support revenue growth. 

This role sits at the center of marketing and sales, translating business priorities into targeted campaigns that reach nonprofit and higher education decision-makers. You will own campaign planning, messaging, asset development, channel execution, and performance optimization, ensuring marketing programs drive measurable impact for the business. 

This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to a leading Salesforce consulting partner while playing a direct role in supporting sales and accelerating growth. 

Location: Virtual, Home-based office in the US or Canada (preferred to work Eastern Hours) 

Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship. 

Key Skills 

  • Experience managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns from planning through execution 
  • Strong understanding of how marketing supports sales pipeline and revenue goals 
  • Ability to translate complex topics (e.g., Salesforce, AI, nonprofit or higher ed technology) into clear, compelling messaging 
  • Proven ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and campaign timelines simultaneously 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing marketing initiatives 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across digital and presentation formats 
  • Proficiency in marketing and content tools (email platforms, CMS, social platforms, presentation tools) 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience marketing to nonprofit or higher education organizations 
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or technology consulting 
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or thought leadership campaigns 

Marketing Responsibilities 

Our Marketing Team promotes Cloud for Good services to nonprofit and education clients through integrated campaigns, digital channels, events, and thought leadership content. Marketing plays a critical role in generating demand, supporting sales, and positioning Cloud for Good as a strategic partner. 

Campaign Strategy & Planning 

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to Cloud for Good’s priority services, industries, and revenue goals 
  • Partner with sales and leadership to translate business priorities into target audiences, campaign themes, and messaging frameworks 
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics tied to lead generation and pipeline contribution 

Campaign Execution 

  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns across channels, including: 
  • Email marketing 
  • Social media (especially LinkedIn) 
  • Web and landing pages 
  • Webinars and virtual events 
  • Gated content and thought leadership assets 
  • Develop campaign briefs that guide creative, content, and digital execution 
  • Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule 

Sales-Aligned Marketing 

  • Work closely with sales to align campaigns with target accounts, industries, and key service offerings 
  • Develop campaign-related sales enablement assets (one-pagers, slides, follow-up emails) that reinforce messaging and support deal progression 
  • Ensure a consistent experience from first marketing touch through sales engagement 

Performance & Optimization 

  • Track and report on campaign performance, including: 
  • Lead generation 
  • Engagement metrics 
  • Conversion performance 
  • Pipeline influence (in partnership with sales operations) 
  • Use performance insights to optimize messaging, channels, and offers across future campaigns 
  • Maintain organized documentation and playbooks for repeatable campaign processes

  • Travel Requirements  
  • All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.  
  • Work Environment  
  • Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).  
  • Client Time Zone Alignment  
  • As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
