Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager for our India Innovation Hub to drive the delivery of reusable assets, accelerators, and IP that strengthen and scale Cloud for Good’s Salesforce delivery capabilities. This role combines classic Salesforce project management excellence with a product-innovation mindset — ensuring our assets are built with quality, adopted by delivery teams, and continuously improved based on real client learnings.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent innovation initiatives, partnering closely with technical leads, architects, and global delivery teams. This role is execution-heavy, outcome-focused, and central to building scalable delivery models from India.

Project & Delivery Management
- Lead and manage multiple innovation, accelerator, and IP development projects simultaneously.
- Build and execute detailed project plans aligned with the innovation roadmap.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.
- Ensure on-time and high-quality releases by managing risks, dependencies, and blockers early.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of coordination between technical contributors and business objectives.
- Track financials, burn, effort allocation, and capacity planning for innovation teams.
Product & Asset Management
- Apply product management frameworks to define requirements, release plans, and adoption strategies for assets.
- Translate abstract ideas into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for each innovation initiative.
- Manage versioning, release documentation, and long-term maintenance plans.
- Work with field teams to drive adoption, gather feedback, and ensure assets deliver measurable value in real implementations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Partner with global delivery teams to gather insights from live client deployments.
- Work closely with architects, technical leads, and subject-matter experts to align innovation outputs with emerging market and client needs.
- Ensure strong communication rhythms: status reports, dashboards, risk updates, and executive summaries.
- Foster an innovation-forward culture built on experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Roadmap Execution & Strategic Alignment
- Operationalize the Innovation & Asset Development Roadmap for the India hub.
- Manage intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new innovation ideas.
- Continuously refine project priorities based on value, urgency, and delivery team feedback.
- Identify opportunities for automation, scalable delivery patterns, and reusable design frameworks across Salesforce clouds.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Salesforce project management or delivery-focused PM roles.
- Hands-on experience managing technology or innovation projects, ideally involving accelerators or IP development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds, platform architecture, SDLC, and DevOps.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience turning ambiguous ideas into structured execution plans.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations.
- Exposure to building automation frameworks, intelligent workflows, or predictive capabilities.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping and agile innovation delivery models.
- Salesforce certifications (ADM, PSM, Sales/Service Cloud, AI certifications preferred).
