Hope, Gratitude, and Impact: Reflections on 2025 at Cloud for Good

Hope. Gratitude. Resilience. Camaraderie.

As we look back on 2025, these aren’t just words—they are the values that carried us forward. This year reminded us that when purpose meets partnership, technology becomes more than a tool; it becomes a force for good. At Cloud for Good, our gratitude reflects the impact we created with our clients, the communities we strengthened, the innovations we achieved, and the good our teams brought into the world.

Positive Change Through Client Impact & Community Empowerment

Across the nonprofit, higher education, and healthcare sectors, our clients trusted us with most mission-critical transformations. In return, we helped them elevate service, deepen connection, and expand reach for communal well-being.

Let’s explore some of these success stories:

Jewish Community of Louisville (JCL)

“Cloud for Good didn’t show up with a boilerplate pitch — they showed up with curiosity. They asked the right questions, and made it clear they weren’t just selling a product — they were offering a partnership rooted in understanding our organization’s intricacies and aspirations.”

Frances Skolnick
Senior Director of Planned Giving and Endowment

Thanks to our work together, JCL now runs a fully unified Salesforce instance that integrates the Federation and the Trager Family JCC, bringing donor, programmatic, membership, and philanthropic data into one 360-degree view. The result? More collaborative teams, faster, data-driven decisions, and an immediate $200,000 year-over-year increase in funds raised.

St. Francis College

“I initially thought our CRM Specialist’s departure would set us back. But thanks to Cloud for Good’s partnership, we didn’t take a step back at all. In fact, we took many steps in the right direction—the teamwork, collaboration, and partnership is what you want in a partner.”

Rob Oliva
VP of Enrollment Management & Community Relations

After their internal CRM lead left, St. Francis College turned to Cloud for Good’s Managed Services, not just to maintain the system, but to strengthen and future-proof it. The team redesigned the college’s admissions application, streamlined the lead import process, integrated international-student applications, and automated acceptance workflows. That means faster application processing, fewer manual bottlenecks, and a foundation for continued enrollment growth.

Feeding America

“Cloud for Good brought in a deeply technical team that really understood our data architecture — and creatively designed solutions to automate processes we couldn’t before.”

Lisa Nelson
Feeding America project lead

Feeding America replaced a legacy data-warehouse system with a modern, scalable architecture running on AWS Redshift (via Civis), built by Cloud for Good. That change massively improved data access, reporting speed, and campaign responsiveness, including direct mail marketing, giving summaries, and grants management. As a result, their data workflows are faster and more reliable; storage and technical debt are reduced; and their Salesforce-based grants platform now serves as a flexible, unified source of truth for internal and external stakeholders.

University of Florida Foundation (UF Foundation)

“Cloud for Good listened to us — budget constraints and all — and delivered a configuration-specialist embedded in our team, giving us the support we needed without needing to hire full-time.”

Gabrielle Sanders
Senior Director of Development Information Systems

When UF Foundation lost its full-time Salesforce admin mid-implementation, Cloud for Good stepped in with a flexible consulting model. Their embedded consultant handled advanced configuration, flows, reports, dashboards, and permissions, helping the Foundation complete a robust Salesforce Advancement implementation that supports donor engagement, fund management, and long-term institutional advancement.

Doing Well, While Doing Good

As a Certified B Corporation, we at Cloud for Good uphold our commitment to service through meaningful philanthropic action across regions.

Our employees, affectionately known as ‘Goodies’, supported nationally recognized organizations such as United Way, contributing to digital equity through Techquity, local book fairs promoting childhood literacy, and workforce preparedness programs. Many also supported civic engagement with the League of Women Voters, helping ensure accessible and equitable elections. Others gave back through blood donation drives hosted by the New York Blood Centre, part of the national network aligned with the American Red Cross.

Our teams contributed to communities through environmental stewardship with Mass Audubon, provided essential supplies to children through Cradles to Crayons, and supported individuals experiencing homelessness through the Denver Rescue Mission. We also uplifted families through seasonal drives with Ronald McDonald House and Goodwill, contributed to LGBTQ+ scholarship programs, crafted Cards of Kindness, and harvested crops for local food pantries.

These efforts reflect the heart of Cloud for Good- people who choose to show up with empathy, generosity, and a belief that strong communities build a better world.

A Final Thank You

As we gather with our families, friends, and colleagues for Thanksgiving, we reflect with gratitude on the year behind us. To our clients who entrusted us, our partners who innovate alongside us, and every Goodie who brings passion and purpose to their craft – Thank you! Together, we made 2025 a year of meaningful progress. Together, we’ll shape an even brighter 2026.
