Dreamforce 2026 will be here before we know it! That means it’s time to start building something special for the admin community.
Join us this September 15-17 in San Francisco and on Salesforce+, where the global Salesforce community comes together to learn, connect, and share what’s next. If you’ve been thinking about taking the stage, now’s your moment.
The Call for Participation for the Dreamforce Admin Track is officially open now and will remain open until May 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific.
Each year, this is one of my favorite moments. It’s where we get to see what this community has been working on, solving, and pushing forward.
But this year feels different. We’re not just talking about new features or best practices. We’re seeing a shift in how work actually gets done. Admins are rethinking processes, collaborating in new ways, and building smarter.
And Dreamforce is where those stories come to life.
Why this year is different
TDX made one thing abundantly clear:
Salesforce Admins have moved beyond the experimentation phase with AI. They are now actively deploying it into production environments.
From Agentforce-powered automations to end-to-end workflows that combine data, automation, and AI, the highest-rated sessions were practical, real-world solutions by real Salesforce Admins.
The strongest sessions showed not just what was built, but how it worked in the real world.
That’s the shift we’re carrying into Dreamforce.
The evolving role of the Salesforce Admin
As we move into the era of the Agentic Enterprise, the role of the Salesforce Admin continues to evolve.
Admins aren’t just implementing solutions. They’re designing how systems work together.
They’re thinking about:
- How humans and AI agents collaborate
- How data drives decisions
- How trust and governance scale across every workflow
In other words, admins are evolving beyond app builders to becoming orchestrators, governing trusted systems. Dreamforce is where these stories will take center stage.
What we’re looking for
The Dreamforce Admin Track is all about helping admins learn, apply, and take action.
This year, we’re especially looking for sessions that:
Show real solutions
- What problem were you solving?
- What did you build?
- What changed as a result?
Connect systems, not just features
- How did data, automation, and AI work together?
- Where did Agentforce play a role?
Address trust and governance
- How did you ensure accuracy, security, and control?
- Where does the human stay in the loop?
Deliver clear takeaways
- What can someone do after your session?
- How can they apply it in their own org?
Who should submit
You don’t need a perfect implementation or a massive team to speak at Dreamforce.
If you’ve:
- Solved a problem in a creative way
- Learned something the hard way
- Found a better approach others could benefit from
You have a story worth sharing.
We welcome first-time speakers and provide support to help you prepare for the stage—so if you’ve been on the fence, consider this your sign to submit a session.
Tips for submitting your session
We’ve kept the submission process simple: one form, one deadline. As you fill it out, there’s one field you don’t want to miss:
Primary audience
To be considered for the Admin Track, be sure to select Administrator.
What makes a strong proposal?
A great Dreamforce submission is clear, specific, and focused on what others can learn from your experience.
Start with a strong title
Keep it under 60 characters, lead with a verb, and make it clear what admins will get. Think actionable and specific.
Make your abstract count
In just a few sentences, show the experience, not just the topic. What will attendees learn, build, or walk away with?
Bring your full pitch
Use the “Why should this session be presented?” section to explain why your story matters now, what makes it unique, and how it helps the admin community grow.
Choosing your session format
For the Admin Track, your best bet is to submit for:
- Breakout sessions (40 minutes): Ideal for a closer look at the strategies, tools, and decisions behind the work
- Theater sessions (20 minutes): Short sessions with clear, practical insights
Other formats may appear in the form, but these are the most common for Admin Track sessions, so prioritize them when possible.
