If you want to edit your caption after publishing a post, you should be able to — TikTok recently added the ability to edit posts. However, the feature has not yet been rolled out to all users.

Tip 1: Use 3-5 hashtags
Despite the strength of the TikTok algorithm, hashtags are still a key tool to ensuring your video gets displayed to the right viewers.
Triforo recommends using no more than 3-5 hashtags in your TikTok captions. “Too many captions can overwhelm the viewer and confuse the algorithm.” Keeping your hashtags focused and relevant helps you stand out and appear in front of the right target audience.
Tip 2: Use Creator Search Insights
TikTok’s Creator Search Insights is a secret weapon that all creators and marketers should be using. According to Triforo, with TikTok’s Creator Search Insights feature, “you can find what topics are trending within your niche and (hopefully) ride the wave!”
